General

The Color Coins™ Loyalty Rewards Program (the “Program”) is brought to you by AmeriColor Corp. (“AmeriColor Corp.” or “we”). Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions and includes our general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return Policy, which are incorporated herein (collectively, the “Program Terms”). The rewards are provided in connection with use of the AmeriColor Corp. website, americolorcorp.com.

Eligibility

In order to participate as a Program Member (“Member”) in the Program you must have a registered Account (“Account”) on americolorcorp.com and you must be at least 13 years of age years or older.

All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) must have the permission of, and be directly supervised by, their parent or guardian to use americolorcorp.com.

Your Account must be active and in good standing. You may only have one Account on americolorcorp.com and may not be shared. However, there may be more than one Account in a household. Accounts cannot be merged or transferred.

During the initial phases of the Program, AmeriColor Corp. may make the Program available on a rolling or staggered basis such that not all individuals will become eligible for the Program at the same time.

By creating an Account, you are automatically enrolled as a Member to participate in this Program and are agreeing to these Program Terms.

If you do not agree to these Program Terms, you can still create an Account but must notify us immediately that you wish to have your Account excluded from participating in the Program by contacting AmeriColor Corp. as noted in the Contact Us section below.

Overview

The Program is a free customer loyalty rewards program that allows Members to earn “Color Coins™” on qualifying purchases on americolorcorp.com. Members may also earn Color Coins™ by participating in Promotional Activities that may be offered through the Program from time to time. Members may redeem accumulated Color Coins™ towards purchasing product on americolorcorp.com.

How to Earn Color Coins™

Color Coins™ will not be awarded for purchases or actions prior to the start of this Program.

Once a Member, you can begin earning Color Coins™ the following ways:

• Initial Member sign up – earn 20 Color Coins™ to start by creating an Account on americolorcorp.com to start the Program.
• Purchasing product – earn 2 Color Coins™ for every $1.00 in product you spend, excludes shipping cost, fees or taxes that may apply. Purchasing Gift Cards/Gift Certificates will NOT earn Color Coins™ but using a Gift Card to purchase product WILL earn the Gift Card user Color Coins™.
  • For a limited time, earn double the Color Coins™ for purchases placed on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
• Login once a day – earn 2 Color Coin™ daily by visiting americolorcorp.com and login in to your Account. Must be after 4:00PM PST to receive the Color Coins™ for current day. Login in before 4:00PM PST will give you Color Coins™ for the previous day.

From time to time, we, may offer you to earn bonus Color Coins™ for participating in Promotional Activities such as the activities below.

• Refer friends – earn 170 Color Coins™ for every friend that signs up to americolorcorp.com and place their first order using your Account referral link.
• Share our products – earn 10 Color Coins™ for sharing any of our products on your Facebook page, 5 Facebook shares per day. 
• Follow us on Instagram – earn 5 Color Coin™ for following our Instagram page. 
• First time order – earn 100 bonus Color Coins™ for your first purchase on our website.

Color Coins™ will only be credited to you on purchases after the order has been marked completed and shipped. If the order is cancelled or refunded your Color Coins™ will be adjusted regardless of the reason.

How To Redeem Color Coins™

Color Coins™ have no cash value, cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, and are promotional in nature. Color Coins™ are redeemable towards product only on americolorcorp.com and cannot be applied to previous purchases. You are responsible for any federal, state or local taxes applicable to your participation in the Program.

In case of a technical malfunction, or if data is lost or corrupted, we reserve the right to reset any or all Color Coins™ earned and you will forfeit any unused or lost Color Coins™.

The Color Coins™ Current Product Value (“Color Coins™ Value”), as determined by AmeriColor Corp, is 100 Color Coins™ in exchange for $3.00 USD worth of product or it’s rounded divisible equivalent value if you redeem more or less than 100 Color Coins™ at any given time.

You must have a minimum of 100 Color Coins™ accrued before the Color Coins™ become redeemable on americolorcorp.com.

Color Coins™ earned can be redeemed at the cart or checkout page on americolorcorp.com only after adding the desired products to the Members cart.

The Color Coins™ are only redeemable towards product only on americolorcorp.com and are based on the Color Coins™ Value. Color Coins™ can not be used to redeem free shipping or anything other than product on americolorcorp.com.

You can only redeem Color Coins™ up to the Color Coins™ Value of product in the cart on americolorcorp.com. If the Color Coins™ Value entered for redemption is higher than the value of the cart, the number of Color Coins™ entered for redemption will automatically adjust to match the value of the cart.

If you redeem Color Coins™ and a refund for the order on which the Color Coins™ were earned is later requested, regardless of the reason, AmeriColor Corp. reserves the right to only issue a refund for the amount on the order minus the Color Coins™ Value that were redeemed by you.

If you redeem Color Coins™ and the order is cancelled or refunded before it is shipped and completed, you will be credited the redeemed Color Coins™ back into your Account.

Redemption of Color Coins™ may be subject to additional terms and conditions, such as restrictions on use. The number of Color Coins™ required to redeem Color Coins™ may be modified by AmeriColor Corp. at any time.

How To View Color Coins™ Balances

You can view your current Color Coins™ balances, referral links, and previous transactions on americolorcorp.com in the Account Color Coins™ page.

If you think the Color Coins™ balance is incorrect, you must report the issue before any other transactions on your Account take place. You can report such issues by contacting AmeriColor Corp. as noted in the Contact Us section below.

If AmeriColor Corp. agrees that a correction is needed, it may take up to four weeks. Failure to supply necessary documentation may result in an inability to award Color Coins™. For verification, you should retain all receipts and documentation until your Color Coins™ are credited to your Account.

Point Expiration

Color Coins™ are non-transferrable and expire if not redeemed on a rolling 12-month basis, such that, for example, all Color Coins™ earned on January 1st, 2019 will expire on January 1st, 2020 if not redeemed.

Account Termination

Participation in the Program is a privilege granted to users registered with an Account on americolorcorp.com, and as such can be suspended, revoked, or terminated at any time by us for any reason. If your Program membership is terminated, all Color Coins™ associated with your Program membership and any Program Benefits will be forfeited immediately upon termination. If your Program membership is terminated due to fraudulent activity or noncompliance with these Program Terms, in addition to forfeiting all Color Coins™ and Program Benefits associated with your Program membership immediately, your Account will be deactivated and banned from using americolorcorp.com and you cannot participate in or rejoin the Program or any future programs hosted by AmeriColor Corp.

Program Changes and Termination

We reserve the right to change or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without notice and without further obligations to Program Members, including, but not limited to modifications which: a) govern how Color Coins™ are earned on and after the date of change; or b) change the Value of the Color Coins™. No Color Coins™ will be earned or redeemed after the effective date of termination. Any and all changes and/or amendments to these Program Terms will become binding upon all members immediately.

AmeriColor Corp. reserves the right to suspend, terminate, revalue or modify, without liability, or notice to Account members, all or part of the Color Coins™ Value structure and offers and any merchandise or service.

AmeriColor Corp. reserves the right to adjudicate all discrepancies in its sole discretion, and the Members agree to abide with any such adjudication.

Interpretation of Program Terms

All interpretations of these Program Terms will be at AmeriColor Corp.’s sole discretion and AmeriColor Corp.’s decisions will be final.

Disclaimer

The Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions or errors of the Program or its features. AmeriColor Corp. is not responsible for unauthorized use of Color Coins™. If your AmeriColor Corp. account is closed, you will lose all Color Coins™. AmeriColor Corp. may from time to time request information from you to confirm your identity before it will allow use of your Color Coins™. AmeriColor Corp. may delay your access to the Color Coins™ until you comply with this information request. The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for information purposes only on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
